We met Anastasia at a open house on a Saturday. Two days later on Monday we contacted her. She promptly contacted us back that very same day. Tuesday evening she was at our house that we were interested in selling with a packet of information! Wednesday evening she gave us a number of comp to look at to get a great price on our house. Thursday evening we signed a contract to list with her. Enough said! Done very timely and promptly! Easy as 1,2,3!

Anastasia did great with the sales campaign, the advertising, the photos were beautiful and the virtual tour was great too! She was always in contact with the buyers agent especially since the buyers had to switch lenders. She handled all of it so well! She let us know
step-by-step what was happening every step of the way! Loved seeing her at the closing when we were signing our closing documents!

Anastasia definitely dots all her Is and crosses all of her Ts, and it shows in her knowledge of all the real estate documents. She knows them very well. We were super impressed with how well she knew all of the material she was presenting to us and always went through all the documents. That made us feel very protected because we knew she knew what she was doing. But, I would have say the highlight of Anastasia is her relationships with her clients. She has all of these characteristics listed above. She is very knowledgeable and professionally caring! That makes her a double agent! Haha
